Digital Expert - Clinical training at your fingertips

GE Healthcare has been at the forefront of remote training and support for the last few years, which has enabled us to be ready for the changes to our workplaces that have occurred through the COVID-19 pandemic. 

One of the ways we can offer support is through our Digital Expert tool, which is effectively like having an Applications Specialist training you in your scanning room. This is perfect for one on one or group training sessions on such things as system technology education, system optimization and Q&A sessions.

The Digital Expert utilises a mobile tablet connected to your console, which allows an Application Specialist to dial in and have a face to face meeting right at the machine.  Through the tablet, we can view the scanning screen as well as the Sonographer and provide helpful tips and tricks to improve image quality or workflow. You can select the content you would like training on, whether it is a refresh of the basics or more advanced features.

This flexible and convenient way of training will maximise your time with face-to-face training in real time.
