The Parametric Imaging is the application to mainly visualize the contrast agent "arrival time" in colors by processing cine loops with pre-defined threshold value for each pixel. Parametric Imaging is available for cineloop of B-mode (includes CHI mode), Contrast mode and B-Flow mode.
Here is the typical workflow for Parametric Imaging 1. Enter Contrast Mode. 2. Infuse the contrast agent. 3. Store the Contrast images until the contrast agent reaches the anatomy of interest in a very early phase. 4. Activate Cine mode and select the start frame/end frame of calculation if needed. 5. Select background image type as needed. 6. Press Parametric Image on the CINE Touch Panel.
7. Cine playback stops automatically when the calculation is done. You can playback/stop using Run button as normal cineloop. 8. Measure the arrival time and time difference. 9. Save the data. 10. Unfreeze the image.
Map On/Off Display the Parametric Image On/Off. If you select Map Off, the background image displays temporarily.
Adjust start Press Adjust Start to change zero point where you place the cursor.
Arrival time Press Measure and move the cursor on the image. The pointer changes to green cross type. The arrival time of the cursor position displays in the measurement result window.
