• Ensure that LAN cable is connected with correct network configuration. See 'Connect to PACS' section. (Getting started->Connectivity).
• Ensure that system has correct PACS server information with on-site PACS administrator.
• If system still can't send PACS, please contact GE service personnel to check the components failure inside the system. See 'How can I contact GE service' section. (FAQs-> Maintenance).
